Ingredients: 

Cacao, maca, marshmallow root, reishi, astragalus, licorice, chaga, cordyceps, lion's mane,cinnamon, cardamom, nettle leaf, fenugreek, ginger, and love. 

Instructions: 

Please add 1-2 tablespoons to 1 cup of warmed milk, coffee, or water, stir well, and enjoy!
